Pools - SPA

According to European standard EN 15288-1 classification of swimming pools according to their use is as follows:

Type 1 Swimming pools - Is the public swimming pools for which the use of the water element is the main occupation of the space in which they are located (eg public swimming pools, swimming pools amusement parks, water parks, swimming pools, etc. ).

Type 2 swimming pools - are the public swimming pools for which the use of the water element is not the main occupation of the space in which they are situated, but supplementary service (eg hotel swimming pools, camping, club, swimming pools sanatoria, etc.).

Type 3 Swimming pools  - are all swimming pools with the exception of: swimming pools Type 1, Type of swimming pools and two private swimming pools. The construction details of swimming pools, both those relating to their structural characteristics, and their electromechanical infrastructure, depending on the mode to be used, ie the type of activity carried out related to the water element. also depends on who and how many use the swimming pool and with which program. The types of swimming pools according to the type of activity for which they are intended are described briefly below.

Diving swimming pools- The swimming pools are diving depths and water surface defined by the regulations of FINA (Federation International de Natation Amateur). For starting blocks 1m 3,4m required depth while diving 10m platform required 5m depth.

Bathing tanks - Tanks for swimming must be deeper than 1,35m. This category also includes games and swimming pools that are 25 or 50m lengths, at least eight lanes with a width of each of ideals least 2m. The dimensions of racing and Olympic pools down by the regulations of FINA who is the organization that controls the racing swimming. Tanks for sharing swimming (not games) are not bound by specific dimensions and shapes. These tanks may have a dual use, that is used at different times by different groups of bathers (eg a school swimming pool learning can be open to the public at certain times of the afternoon). In this case the design should cover the most demanding use.

Swimming pools variable depth - These tanks have a false bottom of variable height, so that the water depth can be varied across the tank or in a part of according to the use.

Tanks for non-swimmers - It is a condition of the German regulation DIN 19643-1 (Pools for non-swimmers) referred to in deep tanks between 0,6 and 1,35m. And in the European regulation EN 15288-1 specifies that in a swimming pool areas with depth> 1,35m considered bathing areas while areas with depths ≤ 1,35m considered for non swimmers. In this category is leisure pools (leisure pools). They typically have an irregular shape and several shallow areas. In these areas the recirculation should be more intensified.

Swimming pools with artificial waves - The wave generating mechanism is located at one end of the tank should be higher side walls and a greater depth. The generated waves are moving longitudinal tank and lead to the opposite edge is in the form of beach. In the design should pay attention to surface water renewal and the quality of the wave generating chamber.

Swimming pools with Waterslide The swimming pools will be at least 1m depth and minimal surface 4m x 6m. The Waterslide should be fed either with the water of the swimming pool or in the treated water. Where Waterslide not associated with swimming pool but in a shallow output, should be fed with treated water.

Children swimming pools - the depth should not exceed 0,6m. Sometimes their charges are excessive water containing. In this case, special attention should be paid to the design of the recirculation. If the water quality can not be maintained at the desired level, the water should be replaced daily if possible. Disinfection is done the same way as other swimming pools.
