The overall operation of the institution is governed by the principles reflected in the Quality System, which is based on the requirements and specifications defined in the international ISO 17020 standard "General criteria for the operation of various types of bodies performing control", the E.SY.D regulations and the requirements of current national and European legislation and technical standards.
